 We have worked with Timeless Design on two properties in London. Their work has been of high quality, on time and greatly met our expectations.
On the design side, we found Timeless Design's people have the experience to know what will work in the property from both a usability and installation/build perspective. Having tried to work with other companies in the past who preferred that we were almost uninvolved in the design process, Timeless were happy to provide pragmatic, honest and polite appraisal of our own ideas.
On the building work itself, in addition to its high quality, what set Timeless Design apart from other firms was their highly professional attitude. The noticeably punctual first meeting with David Lake was followed up with the rest of his team throughout the works. We were always kept informed of exactly what was happening on any day and who would be on site and when, which is something we had not experienced before. Such an attitude to running his business really filled us with confidence.
